Take the motorway A4 from Venice-Mestre or A23 from Udine-Tarvisio and exit in Lisert.
Head towards Trieste E70 and take the Sistiana exit-coastal road, then take the SS14 for 18 km approximately. Drive along the scenic route to enter the city a breathtaking view onto the sea. There are several scenic rest areas to enjoy charming views.
When you reach the city leave the railway station (on the right). Follow the street keeping the left and turn into via Milano at the second traffic light. Continue till the first light, keeping and turning right into via Roma. At the first traffic light (50 meters) keep right and turn right into via Valdirivo. Continue for approximately 150 metres, you will find another traffic light, and take the first street on the right in via Trento, then you'll find a car place reserved for our guests. The parking space is indicated by road sign and yellow road markings
From station
From the main exit of the station you will find yourself in Piazza Libertà, keep right and continue walking for about 300 metres along Corso Cavour. At the second traffic light turn left onto Via Milano. Continue for about 100 metres and turn right into Via Trento where you will find the Residence Theresia
Check-in / check-out
The Residence Theresia features a Reception on the second floor of the building located for Check-in/Check-out operations and to request information. The apartments are available:from 14.00 on the day of arrival
untill 11.00 on day of departure
Depending on availability you can have use of the apartments after the stated check with an extra € 10/hour 13.00 o'clock, ... term after which you will be charged the full amount of the room.

The apartments
Each apartment has central heating.
